Why do you have your climate control set to high, manual blower speed, a manual vent selection? The On-Off button is worn too.
I think the answer to that may be related car setup issue.

this is my first Audi in life Period, but i don't think my air conditioning inside my car would have anything to do with me not being able to adjust my ride height ! and other functions in car setup!

I'm guessing that someone has been changing the coding with VCDS. Step 1 is gong to be a scan to see what errors you get. Also what can you tell us about your car. Any service history? Does it have any other problems? Sometimes seemingly unrelated issues can cause problems you wouldn't think of.

Hello Drizz,
I also notice that you are missing the "Date/Time" in the upper left corner, Please post pictures of what you see when just "Car" is pressed, then of "Car' + "Systems" (lower left button by big ****) .
Next would be to post a full scan with Ross-Tech cable and a screen shot of the "Installed List".

Some of the functions of the HVAC system are cross linked to the MMI.
Now if your HVAC functions are hosed, that could adversely affect the MMI.
For example, who would have thought that a bad ground in the sunroof of an A4 would affect the tachometer in the cluster? It can.
Hi in this case usually means full heat. If you aren't getting run out with the heater, then the heater control valve isn't working right.
Another example is a break in the MOST (mutimedia) network. All manner of strange things happen if that occurs and the MMI can just shutdown.
A VCDS scan is what you need.
