Can't be 100% sure but if compressor just keeps running so much and no dropping, it's a logical conclusion. Known to burn out and have damaged points, especially after too much running from leak issues. Audi says change relay any time compressor is changed. Not an expensive part; a bit of hassle to get at under instrument panel. Some of us bought one preemptively--either to have on hand or just change out and avoid issues.

check/change the solenoid valve block. thats responsible for releasing the air in the suspension, even if the pump runs all day the valves is closed and will not let air in the suspension back, when you lower the car the valves open and release air, if the car cant be lowered the solenoid valve block is defective..

Thank you everyone for the help! I found the problem, it was the RF level sensor Arm was broken, and corroded inside. The Arm on the sensor was actually stuck as well. Hope this helps other people out as well!
