Hello guys!
I had followed the steps of this retrofit and everything was going pretty much ok except the camera signal is crappy and I don't know why when I put on reverse this is what happens:

Next week I'll try with other camera and see whats going to happen.
The camera is CCD aftermarket 25$ piece of sh*t....Maybe this seems to be the problem or it's related to the type of signal camera works with , I really don't know?
I can not find OEM camera and handle.
What should I do?

It's not the camera, it's your circuit
I used $20 camera and it's better than the original VW golf's.
Before blaming on something, make sure everything works. A simple test, hook up the camera to the home TV to see if it works. If it does, then hook it to the backup camera unit powered with 12v constantly on, not switching . It doesn't look like you have power to the camera or your retrofit was bad.

Problem solved.....I bought a new camera without guidelines and NTSC signal (not PAL)

Wouldn't be bad using constant 12V on the camera? I hooked it up on the reverse light..
