Unlikely both motors failed at once so fuse is your first check. Then, a common problem on the A6 which electronically is similar, is that it can forget it's motion adaption setting so just stops working. It basically needs to be reset and the adaptation done again and then it should start working again. Either way VCDS is essential for the fix. Check the A6 section for a how to.

Mine was not moving a while back after doing some work.
Forgot what it was but something to do with coding.
Is the column adjust button active ?
Checked fuses ?
