has anyone had strut failure at 60-80 K ?
Mine came at 130 K, and I just assumed all the failures come after many miles...like 100 K. But the dealer tells me the 59 K 06 I just bought has leaking struts that wont pump up at all.
And thats after they put on a new compressor and relay. I have not been back to see the car again for myself, but I am wondering if its been seen before (failure that early I mean) ?

My 09' has some temperature related issues with the fronts. As soon as cooler night temperatures (or day temps) started I noticed the fronts would "air out". Mostly the left front, but the right front was noticeable as well. I started noticing this towards the autumn months, about 63K on the clock. Sounds like your issue is a bit more severe. Hopefully it won't be too costly.

A compressor, relay and two struts from dealer sounds like 7500.00 or so out the door. Ouch.
