Amplifier should be under the dvd-nav unit in the trunk, left hand side behind the panel. If you have B/O there is a separate amp also for subwoofer I believe.

I tried using the bypass Loop and I try scanning the car with vcds tool but for some reason it's not finding anything .

Hi good morning i have a 2009 audi A8 L 4.2 . im habing a little problem with my mmi. I did a optical bus scan with the vcds and everything comes up as error that has to deal with the MMI system. I did had a little spilling on the control head but that was a year ago. And I recently had a spell in on the passenger side floorboard and I don't know if the module under the mat has anything to do with the MMI system is there anyway someone can help me out

Here's a little update on my MMI I think one of my amp is bad. I say that cuz I plug the bypass into one of them and the MMI screen came on for 15 seconds , but when I plug back the amp nothing comes on

do a ring break test and report back.....
