Hey guys,
does anyone know the names/options for wood interior on A8 and S8 cars? I've got a set of 2009 S8 door trim pieces that are notably more red than the wood in my 2007 S8. Were there options as to what wood you can order?

Try here, starting around p. 30--the 2007 Order Guide for Audi USA. If you know how to read these, you can find the various combinations very specific to any of the models. If you need to match it against actual colors/pictures, besides a Google search, you would want the full A8 brochure from back in the day.

The birch in my 2005 does not match either. The door trim has darkened much more than the others. The door trim looks better..

Some wood, when exposed to sun, is getting darker while aging, it could be really difficult to match wood trim from two different (older) cars...

I see a lot on EBay Germany if you can deal with the language and find sellers who ship outside of DE or Europe only: Audi (A8,S8) wurzelholz -d2 | eBay On EBay US, mostly they have only piece parts. Obviously for any sets you need to look for either SWB or LWB depending on which one you have.
