I get these codes regularly. I do have issues sometimes with the remote not connecting. It manifest by the push start not working saying "No Key" on the driver's center display and on the right (passenger) door when I try to open it sometimes I have to pull the handle a few times before my presence is recognized.

Curious on opinions. Is this as simple as replacing the R135 antenna?

If it is intermittent it may be contact too. 2004/05's are known for not perfect harnesses. When you catch it not working try touching rear door handle to check if that one is working.
Also try unlocking and locking again with the remote. That helped when my old key was acting up.
