Is anyone looking to sell a westfalia or bosal tow hitch?

I have the Westfalia hitch and the ball piece with retractable locking vertical shaft. It is heavier than all get out! Not alloy. The difference other than color is the geometry of the hitch ball. Mine arcs up to a higher position than this one pictured.

Do you have adaptive cruise control on your car? That being disabled and not getting the trailer turn signals and brake lights to work have brought me to a halt on my 14 allroad Prestige tow project.

Yes, I have adaptive cruise; light idea
Yes I have standard adaptive cruise. Worked fine both before and after.
On lights, any chance you are hooking up to a trailer with only LED lights for turning and braking? At least on the D3 A8 Westfalia ("factory") set up, it can't handle LED lights. You just get a very faint flash to the tail lights and no more. I switched tails back to the standard rectangular ones and they all came back to life. You can run the tail light system with a variety of LED's (side markers, rears, center bottom running strip, etc.) as long as at least some of the bulbs are incandescent. You also cannot test the D3 Euro connector with a voltmeter in any accurate way; if you use an incandescent bulb in a socket, that works.

No adaptive cruise on mine, honestly haven't tested the cruise control when towing things.
I don't have the OEM wiring kit, just got the $40 one that taps into the tail lights per powderlvr instructions. While there should be no issues with LEDs with that solution, as it's just a big relay box, I've got regular incandescents on the trailer so I can't confirm.

My trailer has no LED lights - all incandescent. I will either try and get some more info on using a Q5 OEM trailer module on my allroad or will go the simple route and splice into taillight wiring without any other "computer". I'm guessing that will give me bulb warnings on the upper display panel when the trailer is hooked up though.

I have a Westfalia lockable hitch that I don't need - brand new with 2 keys.
Bought it on Ebay a few years ago for my 94 Audi 100 2.7 Quattro but it did not fit.
It was 'slightly' oversize compared to my original - 1mm or so.
Weighs a ton.
Anyone is welcome to it FOC but wouldn't dare posting it!!!
