Drive a new Kia Soul for a day and then drive the used A8 for a day then come back and tell me the used A8 isn't at least twice the car that the $15k Soul is.

I still maintain my position and we will have to leave it at that. I do agree that the A8 isn't for everyone but then again what car is?

No, No. I still love her. I've injected her with stop leak last year. Not a drop of coolant, no clogging of any kind, no overheating in icy Vancouver. I actually checked how that works before I used it or recommended to others, but I can see that some people prefer trowing $1K, or diving under the car for hours/days.

I've never driven KIA but this brand new microvan Peugeot Diesel, basic as rentals usually are, is better in many aspects than my beloved A8. Ten years of development is a long time.

If this is the only seal you need get the oil filter housing seal from an S4 4.2 079 115 111 A it retails for $9.50

this is the part number for the parts kit 057 198 405 $59.86

whatever you do don't add/apply any miracle crap in any of the systems of the car.
