Default B&O pop up tweeter speaker size ?
any one know what size diameter the actual speaker component of the mechanism is ?

It is about 1", than base and connections are a bit bigger. I have one in my garage (courtesy of Pashamad). If you tell me exactly what you need I can disassemble it and measure.

On this subject, my left side tweeter makes a slight groaning noise when popping up in the morning, like it is misaligned. Any idea what I can do prevent this? I suspect leaving it alone is going to lead me to an expensive motor replacement is the near future. Thanks in advance,

It is probably damaged gear and you can't do anything about that. When it stop working you have to buy a new tweeter. Not so terribly expensive.

I have the same issue with my pop-up tweeter. How much is " not so terribly expensive"?

Dealer price - about 2 yers ago I've paid about $300.00 :-(
