Basically everything, until the last bastions - the cluster, the engine ECU/spark, fuel and the starter motor.

I was monitoring current, stationary with radion going, interior lights: it's pretty big with MMI running etc. in the range of 20 amps.

It seems that my S8 takes about 4 days of storage to reach stage 6. I once left it for 8 days, but was able to open the car and start it without hesitation. I had the Power management warning upon start-up, but it disappeared in a few seconds. I also checked the battery level and it was showing one square (10%). Running the car for a while seems to restore power to 100%.

What really got my attention is the fault codes I got for that particular module. The stages of deactivation were not completely in sequence . Stage 1 came on first. It was followed by stage 5, stage 3, and finally stage 6. (Stage 4 is excluded form the equation because it's the transportation mode.)

I thought this may indicate a coding problem or so until I came across another AW member that posted similar results to mine. So, maybe this is normal after all.

4 days to go from hero to zero is not normal, and the time stamps for your stages looks weird to me, either your battery is goosed or the manager is out of whack and needs resetting with new serial for battery after it's been charged and proven to be ok.

I have left mine for 8 weeks and it's still started, admittedly it was only just but if it's fiat in a matter if days you ought to find out why.

Does the lights around the gear stick go out after a few moments when you lock the car?

Thhere is 1000 of posibilitis... Like mine was reinstal MMI Update. But some device can be broken and dont go sleep with car, battery menager, battery...

You can measur the power consumption and take off fuse one by ne to finde a device whitch take a power... Some friend did this way to finde the device that is on all the time.

Yes, all interior lights turn off a minute or so after locking the car. The car does not go to zero, but I know what you mean. It reaches stage 6 where you have enough juice to barely start the car.

BTW, I found an ironic reason to why the stages are not in sequence .

However, the amount it takes the car to go through stages 2-6 is less than a minute. At the end, the module seems to know when to cutoff power to save me the hassle of jump-starting the car.

It's the speed of how it went through the stages that's worrying,
It should not be doing that so quickly.
