I have a 06 a8l and I'm trying to find out if my car has B/T or not and if so how do you link my phone up to it I think I have the latest version but not sure


And when I press the phone button this is what I get


And I was also told that I need a audi phone in order for it which I think that goes here


If this is true do anyone know a way to bypass it
Any help will be gladly appreciated

If you (or your spelling checker) mean Bluetooth than yes. 2006 should have it.

O sorry about that (im at work doing alot at one time) ok you telling me that it should have it can you please tell me how to hook my phone up to it and do i need a audi phone also?

Try pressing the phone buttton then press setup.

Yes it is.

And you use your cell phone to scan for the vehicle, not the vehicle looking for your cell phone.

Go into BT settings on your phone and scan, then look for "Audi UHV xxxx", then select.

The cradle under the arm rest will not be used.

ok thanks alot guys i will try it out when i get off work hope it works. One last question i have seen alot of 06 audi with different types of features on there MMI system. Ex. i don't have the TPMS on mine or the air ride features i don't understand "WHY"

I don't understand why either. TPMS be disabled via VCDS. This happens a lot as the sensor batteries die and people don't really care about TPMS. The air ride is another story.

i really don't care about being able to change the air ride system as long it works like its supposed to (like it is now) but the TPMS i will like to know what my pressure is because i have a light on the car telling me about it and i'm getting sick and tired of seening it
