So there is difference between American and Europ version? First time i heard i dont need to go thrue lower updates. Allways did that in few cars

And you can update to lower version if you like but its little harder

It was about the first one. I asked about (Audi) instructions because there are so many "expert" advices on this matter that are completely wrong.

Starting from Bootloader you can install any software, including overseas one.

I there a difference between Americian and Europen MMI Updates? I ask coz in menu when you do update show up list of units that will be updated. But when i put new update, there is only few of them and on other update CD there are other.


And about Audi instructions... You know... Like they said you shouldn't change oil in your gearbox or change oli in engain every 30k with LL Oil... I am not sure if I like to trust them
