For OP, on part #, which one specifically? No plate trim, or true Euro plate?

True Euro Plate part number--I cannot find it anywhere. I know I can get the US filler/blanking plate so I will do that if I cannot find it but I'd like a stock Euro front license plate holder in grey.

Thanks--I am starting here; interesting that US dealers cannot order the part--I have asked 2 of them and they said they don't have access to the parts catalog.

Default borrowed from another thread....

There appear to be 6 different part numbers for the license delete. aka "body hardware-->Bumper & Components-->Trim Panel"
I was going to get one when I learned that my state was going to begin issuing only 1 license plate. Instead, they increased the penalty for not having 2 to up to $200

see vwparts2go.com for the part number and audiusaparts.com to see all the applications it was installed on using the part number search.
No Pictures, only diagrams. both sites. audiusaparts doesn't tell you the part number unless you do a part number search.
There are "license bracket" alternatives for both USA plates and Europe plates.

True euro plate version does exist. Perhaps look in ebay.de?

Default Here you go...

Pick between #1 and #2 and all the different permutations.

Audi - A8Q - 2007 - Body Teile Katalog (Pats Catalog)

(FYI this is the parts listing mentioned in the sticky and is great for tracking #'s down for non-North America parts variants).

This is fantastic guys. I am assuming A8 or S8 shouldn't matter as the drop down in MP4's link doesn't state S4, S6, S8 only the RS models. I think I found it and will search by the p/n available.

Default You can back up a step in their listings...

to the bodywork area. There are a bunch of screens for bumpers depending on motor (though I didn't see a V10 one specifically): Audi - A8Q - 2007 - Body Teile Katalog (Pats Catalog) But then they flip over to this screen for the plate holders--the five digit number (80736) under "Illustration" sometimes with a hyphen, sometimes not.

Another way to try to nail it is to back into which option code you have by finding your existing part # with that plate trim style. Then flip over to the Euro filler that would tie to whatever option codes show for your stock North America set up.

Pretty sure the US plate bracket I have is 4E0807285AM1RR and the Euro one I need is 4E0807285AB1RR -- so "M" for North America maybe and "B" for Europe...

Default B could be...

something like Breit in German, which means wide or broadly, like a river. Fits the context and common Euro plate look. Just a guess though. No easy counterpart M word comes to my rusty high school German mind for the other. If I remember, I saw the smaller plate USA style somewhere in Europe in 2013. Maybe Switzerland on some cars, since it is non EU.

I came up with 4e0807285aa1rr for a complete recessed area for the plate and designation AR1RR for one that has a smooth cut from the bottom up to the top part of the plate. Also found a black one on ebay.it.
