S8 Anti- Sway Bars for 2005 A8
I crawled under and measured the bars on my 2005 D3. The rear measured 16.3 mm, the front bar was 30.0. This may be a little off, I grabbed these close to the end.
The links front and rear look fine. Still tight, but the rear bushings look a little worn from visual inspection. Should the links get replaced with the bars?

Front links are a common wear point...
though not as severe as the front upper control arm inner bushing. On the lower links, look for any signs of tearing out of the bushings as well as general deformation.

anyone with a 19mm rear sway bar taken a look at your plastic mounting arms - do they tend to crack?
