FM Station programming

Is it possible to input a specific station? I have a 2008 Audi A8 and would like to program a new FM station that is not listed in the search. I am trying to add bluetooth to my car but it requires me to be on FM station 96.4 but the auto search will not accept that station number, just skips around it.

I'm in the USA

Anyone ?

96.4 is good in the UK but not in the US.

Are you using the proper up/down and not seek up/down, see my picture I just went out and took, I know 96.4 is not a USA frequency, but I am able to tune into it in New Jersey, I may have set my settings to ROW somewhere, but for now check that you are doing as my picture.
