I think you need to pull a valve cover and the lower oil pan and have a look. How long have you had this car? Maybe you did its first few oil changes in its whole life and now all the crap is coming out or theres faulty breather parts. They will use insane amounts of oil when the vent is not working right and cause sludge to form from contaminates boiled out when the engine reaches operating temp, which is also very important.
The coolant loss is odd, usually one goes up and one goes down if its the oil cooler. If as much coolant as op says there adding is going right into the oil it probably would have milkshake oil, be way overfull and rod knock eventually or at least be super obvious.

Get rid of it? At 105k it is barely broken in. With proper care they can last darn near forever. It is definitely worth fixing. If you aren't interested in fixing it I would do you a favor and get that hunk of junk out of your driveway.

It was 90w transmission oil put in by mistake by someone or to quiet down the engine noise.
Never exist in Audi and I've owned enough of
them for many years.

What you have there is the typical engine sludge that is caused b y poor oil or not changing the oil often enough. Audi had a real problem with sludge a few years ago and BG came up with a soultion that was sent to their dealers.
