Struts are fine for now, but if she is attacking speed bumps so fast to bottom it than they won't be fine for too long. Driveways are different story.

Its happened maybe twice at Costco. Besides, if suspension can't take an occasional speed bumb or pot hole its pretty poorly designed. The problem is that with most cars its more comfortable to go over speed number with a little speed like 8 MPH or so. With the A8 one has to crawl over them and it would be worse when lowered.

You are right about lowering. If you go for 25 mm and than in Dynamic mode there are only 65 mm of a clearance. Suspension becomes stiffer because there is less air in air springs. You literally have to crawl over speed bumps. But handling is better and it looks better too. If you do not care about that you can lift it for 20 mm. It will be softer too.

I'm with Hannibal, too low for me, but that's why mine's still at stock ride height. My car, my taste. His car, his taste. I like to contribute my thoughts, but I hope everyone understands that I don't believe that my sense of style is right, per se, only that it's mine.

Agreed if we are talking style only. But... That low suspension is too stiff for the real world and hurts handling and braking. Than again, if stile is all that's important...
