I forgot to mention, just before my timing belt job, my birthday arrived. Although I wanted the Blau timing belt parts kit for my B-day, Mrs. Bally would not buy it for me. However, she did buy me a neat work light which is now my favorite:

I have used a nice Sears flourescent (compact 13 or 15 watt bulb) for many years and it is nice-on a nice reel ceiling mounted. It does not get hot enough to burn you but the tube has gone bad when you really need it. Plus I've lost one when dropped. This one was way better for my timing belt job. Griot's also has a more expensive one with a pivoting, magnetic base but I really like this one.

Belated Happy birthday...Isn't it great when wives buy you good stuff for the garage or car?? Just doesn't get any better. I got a nice big box from Detailers Domain for my birthday back in August. Sounds like we got a couple of 'keepers'!!!!

Speaking of keepers, I'll share with you guys a few secrets to a happy marriage:


1. Make sure you find a woman who knows how to cook and keeps the house clean.


2. Make sure you find a woman that makes good money and can contribute to a comfortable lifestyle.


3. Make sure you find a woman that makes you happy in bed.


4. Above all, make sure that these women never meet.
