Hi guys,

I own a 09 A8L 4.2 TDI.

The car has been disconnected from the battery due to old battery and no time to install the new.

Did a scan after the new car battery was installed and this is the error i got.

I have attached the complete scan log but will post only the errors in this post.

Last but not least. There is no error code on the back-up camera but that won't view on the screen anymore. Sensors are working but now picture on the screen when putting the car in reverse.

So this is all my problems today Hope anyone can shed some light on some of these problems

Before you get too worried, I'd clear the codes module by module and rescan in a week. Dying batteries can cause all sorts of issues.

This is antenna that sense key proximity to the trunk so you can open it without using your key.

That is button that adjusts seat depth (part underneath knees). Try adjusting it all the way to the front and than all the way to back. That should reset it.

mishar: Thanks for some good tips. I do have some more questions i hope you can shed some light onto.

- Regarding the seat depth adjustment. Are you sure it could not be the button in the rear storage compartment? Because thats the only button that doesn't work regarding seat adjustments on my car atm. I have run all button up/down front/rear and cleared codes.

- Regarding MMI. I have 3G and the version is: HNav_EU_K0022_2_D1

- Regarding camera. Does it have a separate fuse? Not the same fuse as parking sensors? Because the sensors are working fine

I have now checked the fuse (after some google translate from german to english on where the fuse is located). Fuse is OK.

Fuse nr 8 in the left compartment in the trunk if anyone is interested

Have also rebooted the MMI. Still no change.. I have also removed the inside trim on the boot lid to gain access to the camera to check the wires and it looks good.

Its so strange i dont get a fault code when i do a scan.

In regards to your reverse camera have you tried altering he settings on the mmi because you can go back to just parking sensor display as an option in the mmi and have no picture or do you mean you still have the car legend to the side of the picture but the rest of the screen is black
