There is a tik tik tik sound that is normal for FSI's, it's from the injection system.

I read some super fixes everything technique on Facebook the other day; lock and unlock the car, get in, turn the key (or ignition button) on but do not start. Then press brake pedal three times, one second on, one second off each time. Then shut ignition off. wait 10 seconds. turn ignition back on for 30 seconds. Turn it off. get out of car and lock with key fob. Everything should be fixed. Yeah, right.

If the dealer, a real true Audi dealer can't fix your car, no one can assuming it is stock and not midified or grey market. Maybe try another dealer but if that's not possible, replace the car.

Is it at an Audi certified dealer or at a specialty repair shop? For either case, I would bring the car to a different shop to get a different person's opinion.

We shouldn't need translation. One day I was on the a three way call with a customer from Tennessee and their customer in Georgia. The guy in Tennessee says: "I've got Mister Bally on the phone to help us figure this problem out. He don't speak Hillbilly but he can understand it"! We all laughed our behinds off on that comment.
