So if I need MOST Fiber, then what product will allow bluetooth streaming in my 2G MMI? I have heard on these forums that the A2DP4AUDI is the best option for what I am trying to do.

Audi AMI with BT dongle, Kufatec Fiscon Pro, or Dension BT500 S, are some examples of BT interfaces that are compatible. Unfortunately they're all expensive. No cheap options when it comes to MOST bus devices. Expect to pay $350+

I forget which one I used for some aux hookups but I believe it was windshield wipers. Ran a trigger wire to a relay mounted in the trunk and powered from the terminals in the left rear near the nav DVD player.

question are you trying to stream bluetooth A2DP to the sound system of the A8?

I already have the AMI. I thought the Dension was needed if you did not have the AMI?

You are correct. I would buy Dension and sell the AMI.

You don't need to get another module if you already have AMI. All you need to get A2DP Bluetooth streaming is a plug-in dongle that emulates an iPod. The Viseeo tune2air WMA3000 is a popular choice.
