It is difficult to see from those pictures how large are those parts but it looks like you can cut those little *****, drill and bolt metal ones instead.

Inlet Manifold Runner (Driver Side)
Hi Daniel,
Did you ever fix the issue. I have the same car 4.0tdi with the driver side inlet manifold causing an error. I looked at the runner and it is connected to the four flaps but the plastic rods coming out of the manifold are super loose and have oil/soot leaking out of them. I am sure they should not have that much play in them. I need to take it off to take a better look at the damage. Do you know which gaskets/orings I need to get from audi so I can put it back together afterwards?
The car appears to be running fine but throws an error in vcds but visually it looks like it is going to fal to pieces.
