Default It's time to say goodbye

Well after 8 Audi's and the last 2 - D3's I am tired of all the problems. Dealer quoted $9200 for a transmission so my 2006 A8 is going to the junk yard.
Good bye Audi, thanks everyone for the advise over the years. Going to the dark side, so hello Toyota.

Other than the transmisson what other issues do you have with the car? Not sure how much you want for the car. PM me if you still have the vehicle and are interested.

Yep, I'm certain there are a lot of fellow forum members that could help you out with some $'s on parts before it hits the scrap yard. Just sayin, you will likely increase your scrap value that way, if that's where you are headed.

You can get a remanufactured ZF transmission from ZF for about $2,500.
