Knocking Noise Upon Start Up

Exhaust Manifold Tick
Didn't want to create another thread about sound my sound concerns, but this is the last I promise. Just wondering what everyone thinks of this noise which has always been there to my knowledge and what seems normal to me. The first part of the video is in the driver wheel well then moves to underneath the car by the driver door. I have tracked the noise to the exhaust manifold, if you hold the stethoscope on the manifold you can here the ticking which is a concern. Also the oscillating noise is from the timing belt. The video is linked below. Thanks.

I hear nothing out of the ordinary. Since you are so concerned about these noises, take your car to a dealer for an expert opinion. The $100-200 diagnosis will be worth it. This is not efficient to diagnose using youtube videos.
But, be prepared, they could say you need all new connecting rod bearings for $6k or install a new engine for $15k etc. For this, I don't go looking for troubles. If you are worried about using the car on a long trip, do a 100 mile loop near your home. Also, open it up in a "safe to push the limits" location and see if she runs well or blows apart.
Also, rotate your phone camera 90° next time so we can actually see something.

I don't hear anything unusual, but phones and YouTube can do that.
Whenever I think I hear something changed in my exhaust, suspension, Ect. especially during startup after sitting for a night, I get under it and put a wrench on anything that I think it could be. Sometimes things get loose after a while.

My car makes this noise every time i dont drive it longer than couple days.
In october i left it for 30-35 days while i traveled to Serbia and when i came back it made this noise for a second and some more ticking but when it warmed up it was runing smooth.
