LLTEK RS8 Grill - Any experience here?

They still to this day put the fault back on me, Mark at LLtek came across a few threads I posted and emailed me trying to explain himself. NOT once apologizing for a lack of customer service or selling me a faulty product. The least they could have done is reimburse me a % of the sales price or send me a new bezel surround after providing them with these same pictures. Some peoples **** just don't stink.

It's their decision not to take care of you and it's our decision to think twice about buying anything from them. They think they won the battle but not realizing they have lost the war.

I've got my custom grill at the body shop and it should be finished up shortly...This sucks that LLTeck will take this position...I for one would never buy ANY of their products based on this thread alone.
Clearly we allow companies to make mistakes, but you can't not own up and make it right with your customers and think there would be no repercussions.
