My MMI stopped connecting with my phone today via bluetooth as it normally would. If I make or receive a call the phone MMI shows muted. The MMI, when I turned it off, kept running and then the screen would close and then re-open every 5 seconds. I turned off the system and also rebooted it. Same issues. Any ideas? No codes.

Did you check for stuck buttons ?

Thanks for the reply. Nothing is stuck that I can tell. When I make or receive a call the phone screen starts to "rotate" from SiriusXM but then stops. The call continues on the phone. If the phone screen is on and a call initiates then Mute is displayed. If I turn the MMI off, then the screen rolls up and down incessantly. All other functions in the MMI are working fine.
