Hello All,

just purchased a 2006 A8L w12 ! Black with ameretto interior.

Looking for other W12 owners to ad to my friend/support group. I also have a 03 allroad 6 MT and the online group of friends was a HUGE help when troubleshooting !

Welcome to the forum and you will enjoy your W12. They are such joy to drive. Unfortunately for me I might not be the fraternity soon but you should be happy with your new ride.

Are you selling ? Has it been a reliable ride ? Can you point me to any support sites or clubs for W12's ?

No It will probably totaled on Monday when the adjuster goes back out there for the supplemental. I had a 05 and it will be three years of ownership in July, All i have done was really maintenance, oil changes, spark plugs, control arm bushings, and brake fluid exchange. Mine has been rock solid. Had to use Deoxit to fix an air bag light. Bluetooth module would not except my address book but I could make phone call so I just lived with it.

There are numerous W12 owner here and they are all helpful. I know a lot of the guys in QW when they were all here but I never jumped over there but there are some owners there too.

Welcome! Mine is also a 2006 Brilliant Black w/ Amaretto. A classic W12 build and a nice look even 8 years on for me since I bought CPO.

While I have my beefs with AW and its software interface, this is basically THE forum for D3's, and there are some deep knowledge W12 guys here from both North America and Europe. I have done a lot of posts on it myself. QW is sleepy unfortunately, and Audizine board is a total mishmash of D2 to D4 without a deep bench of expertise. QW has some, but it isn't quite critical mass.

D4 boards are sub par on all the forums BTW; so far just not the passion as the D3. D3 had a lot more forum following when it was sold as a current model; I've been here since early 2007.

Welcome and congratulations Dennis, I am certain you are bound to enjoy and appreciate all that the W12 has to offer. I've had mine for a year and a half and every time I look at it and drive it, it is a flat out pleasure. I intend to keep mine for years to come. I agree with MP4, this is the forum for D3's.
