What are you talking about "Like I said", in the now 101 post on this thread you have never stated anything or contributed with a post until #100, If you read back from the beginning to the post 3 months ago when he did confirm that the relay was bad, as I traced it to power from terminal 30 was not being converted over to create terminal 15 by way of J329 relay, you would read that Doc switched out said J329 relay and the vehicle came to life, it was the relay, now in my many years of working on vehicles, machinery, etc. I have seen many relays go bad, horn, fuel pump, starter, all kinds, BUT, I will say as I am going to discuss with Doc on the phone in the morning, is that if his relay is burnt again after 3 months of use, then something is creating a heavy draw, and if you read all through the information I posted you would see that the "ECU, Trans ABS etc" will not be in service when terminal 15 is dead, HENCE the ignition will NOT power on....

The spare relay that I replaced the original relay with was a $8 amazon deal- I suspect it wasn't the best relay available for the job. But it did bring the car to life, until two days ago.
I replaced the "replacement" J329 with a relay that certainly cost more- from the auto parts store in town. I have no idea if it was better quality or not. anyway- the (now second) replacement of J329 did not bring the car to life.

You can work back from the relay socket (again). Have you put your 12V tester or VOM on the coil "input" terminal, the blue line from the Authorization and start module and see if 12V is present on attempt to start
If not then the signal or voltage from the start authorization module is not coming in. It looks like there was a service saga going on with that relay panel. Somebody has been in there more than a few times over the life of the car.

Johnny, I checked for voltage across the blue terminal and 30, good voltage.
I jumpered 15 and 30, lots of mechanical whirring and air release...
Reinserted the relay and she fired up.
Trying to run VCDS now, always hangs up on the digital radio scan.....

It is located on the drivers side floorboard under the carpet, as Doc has power across the relay pull-in circuit when the key is turned on, and he jumped terminal 30 (LINE) to terminal 15 (LOAD) and certain items powered up, he then put the $8 relay back in and it started, BUT as it just got very cold where he is, he wondered if that would cause this to allow it to start, I suggested that he lift the carpet to look for wetness where the J518 KESSY module is located, who knows, if he does have wetness maybe it would be shorted, but when frozen no short......

Looks like a normal scan to me. Plug in a new/used alarm horn and bob's your uncle.
But that wiring/relay junction panel might need some work. I have seen Porsche 928 CEP (Central panels) with issues. The relay connectors are typically crimped on F spade terminals, that are inserted into the plastic base for the M - pinouts.
I've pulled panels from parts cars with melted insulation etc. So don't rule that out as a potential issue.
