Just curious if anyone has had any dealings with Rebuild Master Tech lately. I have been trying to get ahold of someone there for the last 3 days. Calls have been made, voicemails have been left, and emails have been sent. I'm wondering if this is isolated, or if I should take my business somewhere else.

I had a strut rebuilt and returned mid December, very responsive. Haven't had any contact with them since then though.

I have had nothing but the best response from them. They are doing both of mine right now. We have emailed back and forth today. They are even sending the 4 o rings in the shipment to me today for the valve block.
Here is the number on the emails I have been getting . She has been great!

Thanks for the input guys. I had a good transaction with them last February, but this one is proving challenging. Trying to get ahold of someone for a time-sensitive warranty replacement, but no luck. Thank you for that number tg; I'll try that one next.

Call the regular sales extension. Someone will answer.

Good advice. Just got off the phone with them. The warranty extension is supposed to get automatically routed to the sales line, but apparently it hasn't been.
