It's time to get the smog check for registration, it's been 2 years since I've had my A8L. I was going to replace the spark plugs, the breather valve that I bought many months ago before getting the smog check, but the car runs so smooth and powerful, why bother. The spark plugs were replaced at 55k miles. I took the car to the smog check and it passed so fast with everything checked out, gas cap, etc...

The darn car is so nice... Thinking about upgrading to D4, but every time I found the one I like, it's sold... Oh well, why bother to change since it's paid for and performs so well... I gave it a warning, any hiccup, it would be gone... I think it does listen.

Haha I think I know what you mean. For the price I got going to the smog station was a nail biter, but it passed with flying colors at 132,000! Even the smog tester car commented on how nice the car was. The oem timing belt looked great, no cracks or dryness, even when I was twisting it. Biggest difference was old belt was stretched out compared to new belt.
