Default S8 logo floormat (fußmatten) install

Well I finally got around to installing the S8 logo floormats I had delivered to me this past Christmas from a friend who was visiting from Germany. I found these on ebay.de, he purchased and flew them over with him. I tried looking for the original person with the listing, I was unsuccessful.
These mats arrived without holes or retaining clips, which I recently obtained from Jim Ellis Audi. 8E08645214PK is the cap part # .95ea. 8E0864523B41 is the lower part # .47ea.
I basically lined up the old mats on top of the new mats, punched a line-up hole through the new mats and cut out the holes for the caps. Installed the caps and securing anchors, installed the mats.
Mats were I believe €100 give or take. Quality is 9 of 10, fitment is 9 of 10. The rears seem just a tad wide going under the seat. Fronts fit perfect.

Nice job, by any chance do you still have your original mats? If you'd like to sell, I need a set of black OEM mats...my car came without any.

That's is very normal and cost extra money:

You could use retaining clips from old mats, unless the there very worn out .......

I see that I got mine from the same manufacturer Jörg, 'Jwspecials'. He told that D3 S8's has two different securing anchors places (this was very strange to me) so that's why he doesn't make holes in the mats. Anyhow after I was quoted 600 EUR for OEM ones for mine S8 with Audi Exclusive interior where the difference is only leather edging on the mats these ones for 100 EUR with very nice embroidered logo in the corner is way better option.

At the same time I bought another new OEM mats for 120 EUR and made leather edging (cost 15 EUR ) Gonna use them during winter time, don't want get dirty S8 logo

P.S> in last two pictures first mat is OEM 'Exclusive' which came with a car, second - new OEM simple with home made leather edging and third one new with S8 logo from 'Jwspecials'.

Thanks everyone. Pleased with them so far except the fact that I go nuts when passengers are in the car, jet black so I have to shake them out constantly.
@mike141 I will be keeping the old factory ones for now.
@soulminer yes it is heated, came with the car. The only thing I can tell that this S8 did not come with was lane assist.
@gedis080 I believe that we do have the same manufacturer for the mats. They did offer different colors and piping. I thought about going with a silver piping at first, but declined. Black seems to show the dirt wayyy too much, I am thinking of a charcoal grey for another set. I like the piping on yours as well as your interior options. Is 'Jwspecials' still making these?
*edit* I did a search and found him on ebay.de. No current listings for Audi or S8 at the moment.
