P1136 & P1138 CEL ON - Vag Com Screenshots - Possible O2 sensors? Failed Block 107
Been fighting with the below codes for a while now. My B1S1 and B2S1 are over 10% in Block 032. I couldn't find any vacuum leaks and I installed a new MAF, Fuel Filter, & PCV Valve.

P1136 (Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Add): System too Lean )
P1138 (Fuel Trim: Bank 2 (Add): System too Lean )
I want everyone's feedback on the following areas of concern:
Group 107 "System Not Ok" result
Group 107 is the O2 sensor air fuel control check.
Group 042 & 043
B1S1 = 78 ohms
B2S1 = 79 ohms
B1S2 - .10 Kohms = 100 ohms
B2S2 = .20 Kohms = 200 ohms
BLOCK 032:
Adaptation (idle) B1S1: 6.2%
Adaptation (Partial)B1S1: 12.5%
Adaptation (idle) B2S1: 6.0%
Adaptation (Partial) B2S1: 11.7%
