ok i changed the daytime running bulb in the front headlight assembly..how come the light bulg symbol is still popping up?
are you suppose to reset it?

No, it should just go off in its own. If you press the check button is it showing you where on the car the light is out? Do you have access to a VCDS, I'd use that if all my lights are in and the error is still coming up.

Yes I have VCDS...What Check button are you referring to? And what procedures to do in VCDS?

There is a button on dash panel near instrument cluster that reads "CHECK". If you press that a picture of the car should come up in center display as if a door was open and whatever light is out will be shown by a red line....at least that's what my 07 did when I had a parking light out. You can run a full scan on VCDS or check under central electronics module (I think?).

It seems the last couple of days the bulb light been coming on then going off by itself..idk..maybe it will stay off for good..keep u posted
