Pumps are not working (no power) until the starter is on.

Thanks again Mishar, we discovered the same while replacing the relay, new relay did not help so on to the pump. I will check the board here for information on replacing it, as well as what parts aside from the pump I should be replacing.

Problem resolved, replaced the passenger side pump. Not too difficult either, other than the lighting and the cramped space forward in the trunk area. Took about 2 hours, I did not hurry at all as I did not want to be opening the tanks up again. Ran through the readiness tests, everything is green no issue, no engine codes remain. Thanks to everyone for pointing me in the right direction on this one.
