Is it worth getting a new SiriusXm module? Mine is original xm module but sound quality or fullness doesn't seem to be as good as playing a cd! Would a new module have a better sound?

Ok I just realized that when playing SiruisXm my front door speakers volume are very low! When playing cd the sound is we're it should be! Any thoughts?

The front door speakers are woofers only. As such, unless there is some significant bass in the program material, you won't hear much.
On top of that, the surround modes reduce the bass response of the system so that could be part of it. Set the system to Normal if you want to hear something from the front door speakers.
