Hi -
My 2007 S8 sound system has gone silent. The MMI shows the CD or radio station as live and functioning. The sound settings appear fine. The single volume/on-off switch seems to function but no sounds from my B&O $$ speakers? Any chance of a bad switch or?

try to re-boot the MMI...
anytime odd things are going on with the MMI. The MMI manual will tell you how to re-set.
