Tires

I've been in the tire business 25+ years and I've never seen one. None of the distributors carry them here in the southeast. If you purchased a set, I don't think you would have any support for any warranty issue.

Vredestein have been around for as long as I can remember although they don't seem to feature all that much in the USA. Well known and popular brand in Europe. Equivalent of Toyo, Hankook. Ie. good quality but slightly lower prices.
In fact I run Vredesteins on the rear of my TVR which has higher performance than anything with an Audi badge on it this side of an R8 V10.

@TSHong I got the tires form Tires-easy.com. As a matter of fact I got tires for all of my cars from them. Never had an issue with warranty returns.
@MP4.2 Now as you mentioning it I think I saw few of the ads in the car magazines.

I'm sure the you can return them to the original seller but that means shipping a tire and getting your replacement shipped back to you. That is a lot of hassle and time is what I was referring to. I should have said local warranty support.

Well I just got a full set of Goodyear Eagle F1 Assymetric all seasons fitted to replace the OEM ContiProContacts that were on it. Within the first 100 yards driving I could tell immediately that they ride smoother and quieter. Quite a remarkable difference all told which surprised me.
I toyed with tire rack and messing around with having them sent to a local fitter, but in the end my local Goodyear matched their price and did a deal on the install so it was in and out the door today for $1000 all in which I was pleased with.
