VNS AMI 2G: How to create playlist on USB?
I recently installed VNSMedia AMI module, and it works great for playing songs off of USB or ipod. But I can't get the playlist working correctly for USB. I have tried various formats (m3u, m3u8, xspf) but it doesn't recognize the file as a playlist file.
Any pointers? Thanks in advance.

I used iTunes to create playlists and it plays fine but it's in the iPods and iPhones. Go to iTunes, create playlist, then export the playlist to .xml format and it should play. If you don't know how to use iTunes to make playlist, go to about 15minute in this video, I did show how I created my playlists.
Cheers,
Louis

I use a bit of software called fre:ac to rip from cd to whatever. I click the option "create play list" and it just does it. Once I have the playlists for each CD then I can edit them any way I see fit using a text editor like Notepad.
