DFW VAG Help Please

Can someone please help me release the Nav DVD?

If it is locked you must use VCDS and change the option to unlock the release.

We are coming up for an AAU basketball tournament in Ft Worth. Hope to make it to Hard Ate Bar B Que south of the big Bass Pro shop to eat.
I expect to be at a gym all day Saturday and half day Sunday.
I have never done this, but should be very simple. Cannot be more than a 5 minute task.
Bringing my sons laptop and the cable would not be a problem. PM me if you do not get a better option.
