Not that a new compressor isn't a bad idea but a $17 ring kit could have possibly done the job, too. I just replaced my find rind and it fixed similar symptoms of no air out of the hose.

Not necessarily as you can see my codes posted on page 1 point towards shorts in the compressor internally :

These codes indicated to me that even if I were to revive compression with a rebuild kit, that numerous sensors had open shorts. These I'm assuming tell the onboard controller to send, or not send voltage to the compressor. Either way, I was not getting voltage to the power supply terminals until the new compressor was fitted. Everything seems to be pretty good right now. I'm keeping a steady 7-1/4" top of rim to wheel well on the fronts, and 6-7/8" on the rears when parked in jack and lift mode. I'll continue to keep an eye on it, and this compressor is very quiet, but if you are listening close enough you can hear it run...and it's never very long. Self leveling is all working proper as well. If anything changes, I'll post up...Thanks as always gents!

Good result. Yes, just keep monitoring for any dropping and long compressor runs. The 99.9% of time mine was in order, I could go for a trip away form car and home for even weeks, come back to car looking same as always, hop in and drive. The one time it crapped out w/ strut leak, came back and car was clearly on its front knees. Once resolved, again trouble free and never an issue sitting for long periods, no pampering with jack mode, etc.
