The Audi ventilated seats suck rather than blow. It's not cooled air, but the movement of air acts to draw warmth away from your body and that's responsible for the cooling effect.
It's subtle, but it works.
Only thing is that I find the Level 3 fan noise to be a bit distracting. I usually keep it on 2.

The actual air conditioned seat everyone is talking about is a Peltier device and I think certain Cadillac seats have them such as the DTS.
