Default Baby time! Car seat recs for A8/S8

So we're in the final stretch and I got several baby items I'm in charge of and of course everything car related.

So what say you moms & dads? What's a great car seat for infants that works well with the D4 back seat? The number of options out there is a little daunting...

I liked the maxi cosi. It is the lightest infant carrier and it fit nicely in the middle seat in the back so I could keep the front seats in a comfortable position.

I have the UppaBaby Mesa and it fits perfectly in my Q7 and A7. Excellent car seat and you can get the full package (stroller, bassinet, car seat, etc.) together or separately from Norstrom, Buy Buy Baby, Amazon or other places. Good luck!

I plan to use my Porsche baby seats from my 911 when I take delivery in a couple weeks!

Congrats! But you're DEFINITELY going to want to get a dedicated infant seat that clicks into a base in your cars and also clicks into a matching stroller. The little tike is going to outgrow it, but you can use it again for your second kid.

Check out the Chicco or Britax models.

I know nothing about car seats, but if it works for your needs that pic of RECARO looks like a made for oem car seat with black interior. May come in different colors if needed?
