Thanks for sharing your experience, derfA8L. It's impressive how much stopping power is on tap. Jack88, I haven't tried lubricant yet. If I do, I'll share the results. I'm more likely to try it on the sunshade, though.

Bringing back a old thread.. but did you by any chance find a solution to the headrests making noise? Mine do the same thing and it's a annoying rattle or creaking noise every time I put any bit of pressure on it with my head or the passenger side just automatically does it as driving.

Never did, in fact. I suspect it just required grease of some sort. Putting it all the way up and applying white lithium grease or something thicker may help. I don't have the car anymore.

Yea ive read somewhere that you got rid of it. Great car I've had it for a few months now except all those annoying little rattles and creaks in the interior. I think I'm starting to hear some noise from the control arm bushings now too. Had the sway bar Links removed and replaced about 4K miles ago while I still had warranty so I doubt it's those again. I'm very ocd about every little thing I hear so everything bothers me lol
