Fuse location front cigarette lighter?

Fuse location front cigarette lighter?
Front cigarette lighter stopped working. I may have something to do with that. Anyway, couldn't find documentation for location of fuse. Bought fuse checker and checked every fuse In trunk and driver's side and passenger's side. They all work. Any idea where the fuse is located? 2013 A8. Wife's car. I was using. Hope to fix before she returns.....

According to the wiring diagram it is:
Fuses (SF) on fuse panel F
Component Location:
In luggage compartment, front right -1-.
D - Fuse Carrier ST4 (black)
- Position of Fuses Fuse Carrier ST4 (black)
-- Fuse 4 (on fuse panel F) -SF4-
--- 20A Cigarette Lighter -U1-
Translation: Luggage compartment, column D, fourth from top.
Oddly that is not listed as a location in the the manual but all the other fuse descriptions match.
From the diagram that fuse may be hidden behind the cover that snaps on the carrier.

I haven't been able to find this fuse box. Should it be visible when you look in the trunk or does some of the trunk lining have to be removed? Does anyone have a pic?

I found the fuse box...
There is a black rectangular panel on the wall against the seats in the trunk. There are no finger holes, or indention to help you remove it. Use a flat head screw driver from the top to pry it open. Behind that is the fuse box.

Here's a pic for anyone else who may need help finding it. Now I'm trying to figure out how to remove the pink clips without breaking them.
Edit: The pink clips will slide out if you pull on them with a bit of force.

this didn't work for me
I have the same issue where the 12v plug between front cupholders doesn't work (and the cigarette lighter also doesn't work). That fuse, however, is not blown - its totally fine. its a 2013 A8L. any ideas?

Just a quick note:
For me the 15A fuse for the 12V cigarette lighter (D-4) was good, however the 20A fuse just above it (D-3) was blown almost melted. I'm not certain but it's possible those two fuse locations are in series (think of burned Christmas lights) so make sure to check ALL your fuses just to be sure.
