much more traffic on the BMW forum. But that could be (a) more mods being done and (b) less problems with Audis! My big problems lately with the A8 were a broken visor clip, some weird cable handing in front of the radiator and my rearview cam was a bit foggy. All fixed under warranty. Not much to b!tch about with this car. I still look forward to getting in it everyday! Still want to do the facelift rear bumper lower valence but not sure. Figure it'll run me $1500 all in and all that gets me is the look, no real value but then again...

Hey 911, what's your daily driver, is it a 911 I assume? I had what I consider the best Porsche ever made - 1987 G50 factory wide body cabrio 911. Loved that car! Sold it for $18k at least 15 years ago and now they go for somewhere starting in the mid-30s. Stupid move on my part, but it was a tough car to drive in the city (Chicago). Loooooong throw to the clutch and never really got out of 2nd gear much. Made me tired driving it.

BTW. With respect to your mod project I'd be careful as most will probably not like it much. Don't know how long you'll keep the car but like Porsches, most want stock.........except for guys like you and me!
