Due to a terrific design flaw (also in my last VW Phaeton 10 years ago) my Audi now needs a waterproof winter coat. Audi's response, oh they do that sometimes. Plenum and roof drain tubes may block and despite it's covered in the regular service those checks were not done, resulting in water in the dash electronics and garbled displays until they dry out. Great.

What model year again - sorry I'm used to reading that in the signature block.
