RED HORSE

I'm about 4 months into owning my '15 S8. Really great car but the MMI gremlins are starting to aggravate me. Today it "lost" 3 of my preset radio channels. Last week it lost all my Favorites in the navigation memory as well as the Home destination (interestingly the dealer's destination remained). Does everyone experience this or is this something I need to start documenting and take it in for service?

I find that it takes a few minutes for my stuff (presets and favorites e.g.) to load (ie appear).

But I would be super annoyed too if they just never showed up.
