I have to check my buttons, but the one jack posted has a button to the right of the circle **** that I don't know what it's for. on my 2013, all the massage functions are done from the circle ****. that other button looks like it turns on the massage but again, my circle **** does it all. i should check

The circle button can also be used to activate massage. The button in the middle just jumps straight to that function, with no fiddling about with the other seat adjustments available with the round one.

So do we think my massage might be controlled by the big round button since I don't have the little massage specific button?

If you do not have the little button, you do not have massage.

I could swear that one of the loaners I had a few years back was exactly like this.

Why don't you just go cycle through the functions of the big round button and see if you get to the massage screen on the MMI.... and then that will let you (and us) know.

If the loaner could access massage through that wheel, then the little button was also there, I promise.
